Your health records

Steady keeps your cycles, symptoms, notes, measurements, medications, fertility observations, labs, imported Health copies, visit questions, priorities, personal answers and understanding, optional daily-life impact, care next steps and their source notes, and saved reports or insights on this iPhone. Your chosen focus and suggestion preferences stay here too. Today, weekly reflection and search run locally. There is no Steady account or health-record cloud sync. We do not upload, sell or license your health data, or send it to a service provider on our own initiative.

Copies you control

Enabled iPhone device backups may include your records in your chosen backup service. You can export a restorable JSON archive or a CSV table, or share a report with a recipient you choose. Full JSON and CSV exports include conversation notes, daily-life impact and care records. JSON also preserves companion preferences and saved PDFs. These files contain health information and are not encrypted by Steady. The destination's storage, privacy and connectivity rules apply. Copies already shared or backed up cannot be erased by deleting the app's local data.

Apple Health and reminders

Health access is optional. Steady requests only the data types you select when you choose Read & preview; nothing is written to Health. You review before saving local copies. Changing Health permission does not delete saved copies. Reminders are local and user-controlled, with neutral text unless you allow a medication name. Turn them off in Steady at any time.

Separate purchase processing

Apple and RevenueCat process purchase history and a pseudonymous app user ID to verify your free trial and full unlock. RevenueCat also receives technical request information. Steady sends no health records, names, contact details, advertising identifiers or health-derived customer labels. After you start a trial or purchase, Steady keeps a local reminder to reconnect on later launches for up to 30 days to check the outcome. You can clear that reminder in Your access; an already connected purchase service may still check during this app session. Once a trial or unlock has been verified, Steady reconnects to refresh access on launch and when you return to the app. Continuing does not start a trial or purchase. You see this explanation and choose to continue from Your access before RevenueCat first connects. Apple manages payment and authentication. A separate Keychain record preserves verified trial or full-unlock access offline; it is not part of health exports and does not migrate to a different iPhone through backup. Health deletion does not restart a trial, remove full unlock or erase Apple/RevenueCat purchase records.

No advertising or usage tracking

Steady has no advertising, product-usage analytics, advertising attribution or session replay. It sends no advertising identifiers or optional diagnostics to RevenueCat. Purchase processing is separate from health records. Optional research requires separate consent, never includes health content or purchase identifiers, and does not affect app access. Future data-transmitting features require a separate, specific opt-in and start off.

App lock and your choices

Optional app lock uses your iPhone's authentication. Steady does not receive your passcode or biometric data. Anyone who can authenticate on the phone can unlock the app. Export, backup restore and deletion remain available without paying, including all saved records. Delete all health data removes local records, care next steps, companion preferences, saved outputs, recovery copies, health caches and reminders after confirmation, while preserving app lock and billing. Old backups and external copies remain.

Support and policy changes

If you choose to email support, your mail provider and the support mailbox receive your address and the message you send. Steady prepares only the recipient and a generic subject; it does not attach health records, screenshots, logs or purchase identifiers. You review and send from your mail app. Avoid sending health details. This policy is bundled so you can read it offline. Any new data transmission will be explained before you choose it.

This website and support email

Cloudflare hosts this website and routes messages sent to our support address. Hosting and email delivery involve processing technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages and email delivery details. The website does not collect health records, offer account registration or use advertising or audience analytics tools. Contact us at the address below for privacy questions. Please avoid including health information in email.
